eClinicalMobile

eClinicalMobile uses a mobile-browser so providers can access the system anywhere through their smart phone. The screen has been optimized for easier viewing and to load quickly on these handheld devices. A few examples of using eClinicalMobile include:

  • Checking schedules;
  • Reviewing Telephone and Web messages;
  • E-prescribing;
  • Looking up patient medical records;
  • Examining lab results; and
  • Charge capture at the point of service.

 





Patient Portal

eClinicalWorks Web-based Patient Portal lets patients and doctors communicate easily, safely and securely over the Internet. Patients are given secure passwords that allow them to log into their physician’s system to see their own private set of documents including labs, diagnostics, statements and messages. Doctors can automatically remind patients for their health maintenance reminders, procedure due dates and also send them patient statements and lab results electronically—minimizing the need for patients to call the office. 

Patient Portal uses leading edge technology to promote healthcare and make it easier to perform preventive care. It is an exceptional tool to communicate with patients. The Patient Portal gives patients 24 x 7 access to their medical information from the comfort and privacy of their own home or office.

The Patient Portal allows patients to view prescription information, lab results, diagnostic results and appointment information in a timely manner. Patients can also request prescription refills, send and receive messages to and from the doctor or nurse, complete health assessments, examine their statements to see their balance and much more.

Using eClinicalWorks Patient Portal, providers have faster and timelier interaction with the patient, and no wasted time playing “phone tag” with patients. Instant Medical History provides an additional level of secure communication between patient and provider, allowing providers to be informed and pro-active at the time of the encounter.



eClinicalMessenger

eClinicalMessenger is a messaging service that utilizes Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) to enable physician practices to send messages, in batches or singularly, to patients for aspects of care including appointment reminders, lab results, diagnostic imaging and statements.

eClinicalMessenger is embedded in eClinicalWorks EMR/PM as opposed to being a stand-alone product, so patients can respond to the message and have their response change the status in the EMR. For example, if a customer confirms the appointment through the message, the schedule in the EMR will reflect that the appointment has been confirmed.

eClinicalMessenger is also tied into the Patient Portal to provide more opportunities for streamlined communication.
